Art Show

Intelligence is not always based on test scores and aptitude tests. Creativity is essential to a good education. Students at Perkins have developed great creative skills, as is evident in this year’s Art Show contestants. Malia Cuevas, Dairen Castro, Taytum Boens, Kaylee Holec, and Stephen Wurju all contributed magnificent art pieces to be contested with against other schools in the DMPS Art Show Thursday, February 6th from 5:30-7:30 at the Capital Square Mall. The students have worked tirelessly on their pieces throughout the year. Below are pictures of the students’ pieces in order that they are listed above.
