Children’s Choice Challenge

Some of our 4^th & 5^th graders have been working very hard to read this year’s Children’s Choice Challenge books. We have been working at this since late October, and have finished all of our twenty-five books. To conclude this Challenge, students will be participating in a book challenge quiz with their team from Perkins. They will also be showcasing their book projects, which range from poster presentations to video projects, and get to vote for next year’s Iowa Children’s Choice Books.

This all takes place 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25^th at the Central Library. All of the other participating schools in Des Moines will also be in attendance. We would love to invite you to come out and see what our Perkins Penguins have been working so hard on for the past few months!
