Raises Money For Her Alumnus

A former Perkins student raises money for her elementary school. Lily, a Perkins Alumnus, decided she wanted to do something special. She raised $32.00 at a “spin art booth” that will be donated to help fund a new Perkins playground. Lily wrote, “Merrill is having the Dollar Doing Good project, which is an annual community service project. I immediately thought of Perkins, and how we are currently taking donations for a new ( or at least updated ), playground and thought that a bake sale on conference night would be a great idea to kick off donations and boost funds.” There Perkins community thanks Lily and recognizes her altruistic effort to help Perkins improve its school and community playground.  Lily is one of many outstanding students who have attended Perkins.
